Payment Options

​​​​​​​We welcome patients with many payment options. We are in-network providers for EyeMed, Avesis, Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If your insurance or vision plan isn't listed, we may still be in network on certain plans and would be happy to do a benefit analysis on your plan over the phone or in person. We also gladly see patients with out of network plans and will do our best to assist you in filing your claim. No Insurance? No problem! We offer prompt-pay Vision Cash Promotion along with some generous Adult & Kids package plans as well.
